We make every possible attempt to stock the highest
quality partsand accessories available. If you have a problem with any item purchased from GARNER’S CLASSIC SCOOTERS please contact us. Our business is to insure you miles of trouble free scootering.


PLACING AN ORDER:

REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS:

Saturdays — By Appointment Only • Sunday — Closed

BY PHONE:
Call 817.645.3478 during regular business hours.
Please have your V.I.N. number available. This will allow us to assure that you get the proper part for you particular scooter.

BY FAX:
Anytime 24 hours a day. Just fill out the order form and fax to 817.645-1319. Please include the Vehicle Identification Number on your order form. Please be sure to indicate if your “ship to” address is not the same as your billing address.

BY MAIL:
Fill out order form (or even make copies for future use!) and mail to: P.O. Box 234, Cleburne, Texas 76033, USA.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept Money Orders, Personal Checks*, Bank Draft, COD**and Visa and MasterCard are accepted. US funds only please.

*Personal Check policy: Personal checks will be held for 7 business days to allow funds to clear. Checks must be imprinted with your name and address. Starter Checks will not be accepted. All personal checks are subject to complete address and bankverification. Returned checks are subject to a $20 charge or the maximum allowed by law.

**COD Policy: Orders shipped COD can only be paid with a moneyorder or bank draft. Neither UPS nor FedEx will accept cash. The customer is responsible for shipping and COD charges onrefused/returned packages. This amount will remain on your account and can be paid by credit card or money order.

PRICING POLICY:
Prices in this catalog are subject to change. We make every attempt to have the most competitive prices, however, changes in prices will occur due to increased costs and currency change.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow 4-10 work days (depending on how far away from Cleburne you live) for UPS or Parcel Post to deliver you order. For the best service and most prompt delivery, we will usually recommend UPS.l PostalDelivery carries no guarantee and no accurate tracking method.
• Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery Orders will be shipped same day if received before 11am CST.
• No delivery hour guaranteed for any of our shippers. Please inquire about rates when you call.
• International orders are shipped by the most reasonable method possible – please call or FAX us for a rate.

BACK ORDERS:
You will be notified if there is an oddball part or an older item that may take longer to locate. One in a while, an item will be temporarily out of stock. BUT you will be notified immediately. Back orders will be placed by customer request only and sent unless cancelled by customer. Back ordered items are never charged to customer before they are shipped. Back orders are not possible on COD or International orders.

RETURN POLICY: We wish to make all returns easy and hassle-free. Since this isn’t a perfect world, these things will happen and we want to you, our customer happy.
• All returned items must be sent prepaid by Parcel Post or UPS,standard ground service only. When returning an item, pleaseenclose a note of explanation as well a your name and address,any special instructions you have, and a copy of the original invoice. Returned items should be packed well. Be sure to insure the return package with the post office or UPS. If we made the mistake, we are accountable and will gladly credit your shipping cost. Shipping will not be credited on items returned after 30 days.
• If you need the replacement item right away, we will charge you for the item, but we will credit you immediately upon receiving the returned item.
• If you are calling about a return, please try to have your invoice date ready, it daves a lot of time!
• Garners Classic Scooters reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or return shipping.
• Special Orders, electrical parts, tools and manuals are NOT r e f u n d a b l e.

WARRANTY NOTE:
GARNER’S CLASSIC SCOOTERS makes no warranty as to parts, items and products it distributes either implied or expressed. This includes without limitation any warranties of merchandise and fitness for any particular purpose. Garner’s Classic Scooters will however pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design, manufacture and testing of its products and Garner’s Classic Scooters accepts no liability for such damages. Garner’s Classic Scooters shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages asa result of any manufacturer’s breach of it’s warranty.

Errors: We have made every possible attempt to make sure all theinformation (picture, prices, etc.) in this catalog are correct. But we all make mistakes from time to time. We reserve the right to correct such mistakes, and you will be notified when you place an order and… we beg your pardon.
